Kenton Falls, MEd. RCC

I have a special interest in working with youth, adults, men and relationships. I collaborate with clients to develop resilience, greater emotional expression and healing. After years of teaching, I pursued my Masters in Education (School Counselling) to offer greater clinical support to youth. I have continued to expand my scope to include relationships, youth and adults. I am person-centered, collaborative and relational in my practice. I work from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed and attachment orientation.
I am trained in Emotional Freedom Technique to help calm sensations in the body, regulate the nervous system, and manage distressing emotions and thoughts. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to look at thinking traps and the effect that our thinking has on our emotions.
