Here’s the FULL SCOOP on the upcoming Club Auction

It will be at the Comox Golf Club Restaurant on March 14^th 6pm Start time food and drinks will be ordered off the menu.

We will have some fun and enjoy an early St. Patrick’s Day theme. Wear your favorite Irish cap!

There will be a THREE PRONG auction going on. It sounds complicated but it is NOT!

FIRST
WALL OF WINE

We are auctioning off an incredible wall of wine and wine rack where all the funds raised will go to Lahaina Maui Rotary club
If you bid on this and win you will be opening a bottle every week for a year … now we know Irish Eyes are Smiling

SECOND

WHITE ELEPHANT auction These items are wrapped and a bit of mystery you don’t know what your bidding on So Fun . Funds for this are going to Rotary Foundation . If the item is not wrapped it will be on the silent auction tables as more traditional silent auction always fun trying to outbid one another.

THIRD

Then imagine a LIVE AUCTION with some very fun options. Let’s think about 10 identical drinking vessels. Let’s call them flasks. In nine of those flasks could be something with a kick, let’s say tequila. A lime and some salt and it’s a nice combination. But in one of those flasks is water. You could bid on any one of the flasks. You could win one that had tequila in it or you win the only one with water.
The good news about the water is … that’s the true winning flask. If you buy this flask you win a very special item. $1600 West Guest Gift Card! Yes you could be heading to a wonderful destination … come ready to bid.

This auction just keeps getting more and more clever.

There will also be the opportunity to bid on tickets to see the Canucks … Rounds of Golf at various courses … and much much more. We would be more than happy to accept any  auction items you have.

BUY A TICKET … WIN A POT OF GOLD

In true Irish Fashion, there will be a door prize just for coming to the Club Auction on March 14th. (The door prize currently has a gift certificate to Local’s restaurant, some wine, a warm heart … and more). GET YOUR TICKET TO ATTEND … Please email Keith Back to confirm your spot and guest

There is a $5 ticket price to come to the Club Auction. We want to make sure we are set up for the right number of people while giving everyone the flexibility to order dinner if they choose.

Please book your ticket to attend. Bring your partner or spouse or favorite person. Bring your friends and neighbours. The more, the merrier.

The ticket you buy to attend can be dropped in the hat at the door, and you could win the door prize.

You really will feel like you’ve won a pot of gold if your name is drawn.
